About Our Client
Our client is a fortune 500 company, which is specialized in synthetic lubricants and high performance functional fluids for all automotive needs. It is a great company that invested highly in its China business and achieved double digital growth in the past few years.
*Participate in the development and implementation of Greater China business Strategy and Plan
*Developing and implementing Finance strategies to support business growth
*Leadership in Operational Excellence, Best Practice, Systems and Application deployment
*Establish an effective control environment and ensure compliance with the company Accounting Policies and Procedures, IFRS standard, Malaysian and local Regulatory and Tax requirements.
*Identify and implement new processes and best-practices to improve our operation efficiency.
*work with business to achieve the Operating Working Capital, EBITDA and ROE target
*Continuously improve our working capital efficiency and manage our currency, commodity and interest positions.
The Successful Applicant
*University Finance/Accounting Degree or Local related major Equivalent
*Over 15 years working experience in finance/accounting area
*Over 7 years in leading whole finance/accounting team
*Rich knowledge in finance/accounting/tax etc.
*Experience in using ERP system, better if have experience in leading the implementation of ERP system.
*Good listening/written/oral English skill.
*Strong Inter-personal and Communication Skill
*Proven leadership Skill
*Networking skill beyond personnels in the same office or country
*Willing to travel about 20%-30% within China or outside of China.
*Willing to work under high pressure and complex organization structure. Greater China are separated by 5 Regions and business segments that has many CEOs and Regional leaders, who may not be fully aligned.
*Able to face conflicts with teams and ability to hold firm with opinion/views and move forward
*Problem solving skills. Policies and procedures are established by the platform Management, manuals available include but not limited to Credit, Accounting, Admin Procedures, Internal audits, External audits, SAP system etc. Original, innovative and independent thinking are required in solving operational problems and making decision.
*English and Mandarin language skill
