About Our Client
Our client is an European manufacturer. An experienced Facilities & Safety Manager is in need to join their operation in Dongguan.
You will be responsible for the building facility maintenance, installation, commissioning and facility maintenance spare parts management, as well as building firefighting safety facility management. You should set up fire safety standards, and help operation site to execute, and liaise with local fire department and relevant government agency. You need to ensure that policies and procedures are well implemented according to government regulations. You will lead a team of facility staff and provide guidance and training for the team. And you should work closely with other teams, and give solutions when necessary.
The Successful Applicant
University in Engineering or related, you should have solid working experience of plant facility management including fire-fighting system and equipment. You should be familiar with fire fighting system and have good safety knowledge. Fully understand legal laws and regulations related to EHS and facility and equipment engineering, and machine operations. Good command of English communication skill is required. Good leadership and interpersonal skills are required.
