About Our Client
Our client is a leading MNC drainage business with the plan to continue the investment and growth in China market
-To lead and manage sales team and technical supporting
-To reach, at least, the sales and profit targets
-Develop and coach sales staff on sales skills, presentation technics, time management and planning.
-Proactively take the lead in all project pursuits, developing project pursuit strategies and customers management, including taking care of some key accounts on his own.
-Assure that all customer requests are answered promptly and correctly.
-Provide leadership in growing in short, medium and long term.
-Make recommendations from time to time to Management on all necessary measures to reach the above goals.
-Provide bi-annual or annual performance reviews for all staffs as the company requires.
-Provide career development and promotion program for the key potential staffs.
-Collect market information, requirement, competitors intelligence and etc to help the Marketing Department to derive the right strategies for China as a whole.
-Cooperate with Product Managers to develop suitable sales strategies, new product mix and specification, etc.
-Generate the weekly and monthly reports for Management.
-Produce the annual budget and KPIs in agreement with Management.
-Efficient communication skills to team members, analytical thinking to make efficient job.
- Manage yourself and team member of business integrity issues
The Successful Applicant
Candidate must have relevant sales and sales management experience in this construction/building material industry
Engineer educated with selling skills plus team leadership
Sales Channel requirement - Dealers network for daily business - directly if necessary for big projects
To be able to read and communicate in English
Structured and logical thinking
