About Our Client
You will be immersed in global projects using cutting edge technologies. Collaborating with colleagues in various countries abroad, you will play an important role as ERP Implementation Consultant working on our ERP applications. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager in Guangzhou, your role will be (but not limited to) to analyze demands of customers and to provide customized reports in their system. You will be required to perform different phases of ERP implementation plans (Discovery and Planning, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment, and Ongoing Support). In this role, you are not only an ERP Consultant, but also an expert in the industry. Ideal candidates will be highly committed to team success, be very customer service oriented, possess strong leadership and be adaptable and flexible with change.
What you'll do:
*To get familiar with company's software and understand its design principle.
*Assist the customer throughout the "go live" phase and provide "post go live" assistance, including but not limited to:
Discuss with customers about their demands, analyze their demands and then provide the corresponding system configuration.
Conduct customer training
Provide technical support to customers
The Successful Applicant
What you'll need:
*Bachelor degree or above with major in computer or related management.
*With 5 years' MES implementation experience; or 5 years' ERP implementation within which 2 years' experience in production management module.
*Experience in Purchase and Inventory module is preferred.
*Familiar with SQL language, comfortable in writing SQL queries.
*Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing is preferred.
*Domain knowledge and experience of furniture industry is preferred.
*Travel throughout China required.
