About Our Client
Our client is famous international investment group, and the dying factory is owned by our client and and it's located in Foshan
1. Consolidate and fortify ESH culture:
Set up the target for safety culture; Build up annual safety culture improvement plan with management team; Arrange suitable resources on implement improvement plan of safety culture; Periodically monitor and correct behaviour or actions departure the direction of safety culture.
2. Build the capability of ESH organization:
Clarify the ideal ESH organization; Build a healthy succession plan for key ESH position; Offer resources and development plan for ESH team; Make action plan to improvement ESH engagement; Have coaching plan for key ESH talents; Periodically review the action plan with ESH team to build up high performance team.
3. Strategic planning and resources to support the implementation of ESH plan:
Understand Global and regional ESH plan; Make ESH annual plan by priority, include management, workshop and culture; Alignment ESH plan with factory management team and ESH team; Offer enough resource and detail action plan, support to achieve ESH performance; Periodically review and adjust ESH plan if necessary.
4. Review ESH performance and drive excellent and sustainable result:
Set up challenge and sustainable ESH goals for organization; Monthly review ESH performance to ensure excellent execution; Get solution to improvement ESH performance timely; Periodically management review and audit, ensure continual improvement on ESH by solid ESH management system.
5.Offer technical guidance and support:
Understanding local regulation and Wrigley standard; Clarify the requirement and expectation to ESH team on new projects and tasks; Offer technical support to ESH team; Share and implement best practice.
The Successful Applicant
Qualifications, Education and Experience
Degree qualifications in Engineering, Science (or equivalent qualification) and 5-6 years relevant industry experience in Supply Chain.
Technical Skills and Knowledge
*Strong understanding of China regulations relating to environment
*Strong understanding of China regulatory requirements relating
to Occupational Health and Safety
*Detailed understanding of ISO 14001 (EMS) and OHSAS 18001
*Risk Management) understanding
*Proficiency in using computer, office, excel, Powerpoints
*Ability to develop, implement, and enforce programs & protocols
*Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports
*Problem solving, conflict resolution skills and negotiation skills
*Budgeting and resource management skills
*Project management skills
*Problem solving and decision making
*Lean and TPM
Leadership & Communication Skills
*Have strong communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
