*As part of the ECommerce APAC team, work with internal stakeholders (Merchandising, Retail, Finance, Marketing) - as well as external partners (TP, Fulfilment, TMall…) to deliver best-in-class ECommerce revenue and experience.
*Pilot promotion strategy and coordinate implementation
*Develop customer engagement and branding in line with Corporate guidelines and Region strategy
*Consolidate results and KPIs
*Manages and develop the E-Commerce Assistant Manager
*Understand the greater picture and objectives of the whole business.
*Monitor E-Commerce trends, interesting initiatives and competitors' best practices to implement, live by and adopt the retail best practice way of working and ensure all stores manage adopting this set of standards.
*Lead "TP" (TMall Partner) relationship
*Oversees daily operations, including promos execution, animations, new products, content creation.
*Insure efficient Fulfilment and great Customer Service.
*Plan and execute Online Shopping Festivals: 6.26, 11.11, 12.12…
*Evolve storefronts, optimize and innovate.
*Coordinate the launch of .cn E-Commerce, supported by Global technology (Demandware)
*Coordinate E-Commerce projects with Regional team
oExpress local needs
oExplain and advocate local specificities, be the voice of China for the Region
oCoordinate implementation and UAT
*Propose and coordinate website evolutions
*Responsible for the traffic and conversion to the ECom platforms
*Pilot SEM activities to maximize revenue and ROI.
*Coordinate e-mail / sms and social media channels
*Develop engaging contents and campaigns
*Grow the digital presence, online share of voice and brand awareness
The Successful Applicant
*Minimum 6 years' E-Commerce experience
*Fluent in Mandarin, excellent English communication skills
*Experience managing both marketplaces (TMall, JD…) & Brand.com E-Commerce is required
*Advanced knowledge of online marketing opportunities (web, social, e-mail, search, mobile, sms)
*Advanced knowledge of Web Analytics tools
*Good understanding of best practices of building websites and marketplaces storefronts
*Good understanding of China-specific digital landscape (TMall, Baidu, Weixin… + e-mail deliverabilty, hosting/performance, payment gateways, shopping festivals, fulfilment specificities…)
*Good understanding of Retail/Omni-channel business
*Able to manage complexity within a complex International environment
*Highly organized, consumer-centric, business-driven
*Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and be flexible
*Curiosity, passion for Internet and strong team spirit
