About Our Client
Global leading fashion brand, running their business very successfully in China.
*Manage and execute online marketing strategies that will drive customer acquisition and retention through multi-touch points that captures our compelling value proposition.
*Execute overall strategies for SEO, SEM, affiliate networks, social media, content marketing and email campaigns.
*Manage the day-to-day aspects of the brands Search and Advertising program - ensuring related lead targets and related timing, PPC, CPA goals, and budgets are managed proactively.
*Manage communication and campaigns across digital and traditional channels including all customer touch points (retail, website, mobile, social networks, etc).
*Conduct continual analysis of customer and site data using Google Analytics, Baidu Analytics, and Omniture for all ecommerce marketing campaigns and using insight to continually refine activities
*Responsible for ensuring all ecommerce marketing campaigns are consistent with digital and brand marketing activity and guidelines.
*Responsible for directing metric analysis on campaign effectiveness and analytics of all CRM marketing programs.
*Manage, communicate & coordinate all online marketing events and handle communication with internal stakeholders, cross functional team, and external vendors & agencies.
*Analyze report data and look for optimization opportunities to improve overall effectiveness and ROI in online marketing campaigns
The Successful Applicant
*Data driven thinker who is familiar with China ecommerce market with sufficient knowledge & skills of online marketing to deliver business results
*Digital savvy, innovative and familiar with pricing analysis that help maximize revenue and profitability
*Excellent understanding and deep experience with interactive marketing strategies and tactics including display advertising, paid search, affiliate marketing (SEO, SEM, P4P, CPC, CPM, CPS, CPV, CPA, RTB, DSP), social media, EDM, CRM and web analytics
*Experience working with leading search portals: Baidu, 360, Sogou, and Google.
*Solid knowledge of direct to consumer ecommerce web site technologies and concepts
*Experience in working with merchandising, operations and retail marketing
*Experience and understanding of international premium brand management & principles
*Ability to foster creation, innovation and implement change
*Strong ability to communicate clearly and concisely to cross functional team and external vendors
*Ability to develop relationships and processes with a wide range of working partner & stakeholders
*Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
*Fluent in Mandarin and English
