About Our Client
An international Danish jewelry manufacturer and retailer
*Work closely with different members of the organization and seek input for generating operational and service approaches to the E-Commerce platform development.
*Identify key suppliers and vendors for China E-Commerce solutions and manage and coordinate their work.
*Act as internal project manager across the organization - coordinate the process flow and work progress of all departments involved.
*Conduct market research and leverage big data analytics.
*Review industry's practices for process improvement.
*Support the reporting, testing and evaluation of e-marketing activity to ensure best practice is adhered to.
*Running the online retail portal and identify opportunities in optimization.
*Partner with Digital Marketing Manager on other digital activities to drive brand awareness and enhance sales.
The Successful Applicant
*Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in E-Commerce operations
*Experience of supporting an end-to-end E-Commerce Channel and E-CRM strategy, either from brand or platform
*Experience in managing a large number of SKUs; pre-sales and after sales customer services, order fulfillment and logistics management
*Premium FMCG / fashion accessories brand preferred
*Passionate about online marketing and sensitive to current E-Commerce trends
*Customer and market oriented
*Ability to manage multiple projects with exceptional attention to detail
*Strong IT skills including proficiency in MS office suites
*Excellent planning and project management skills
*Degree holder in Marketing, E-Commerce or equivalent
*Solid interpersonal communication skills & co-ordination abilities
*Organized, self-starter and able to multi-task & work under pressure
*Able to work autonomously and as an effective team player
*Good written and verbal communication skills (English and Chinese)
