Main Responsibility Areas
Achieve business success thru
a) E-Marketplace development with effective Account Management
i. Define SWOT for each marketplace, develop right account mapping towards.
ii. Ensure sufficient account management via JBP in place, with clear e-commence strategies, standards & guideline.
b) In-store Excellence
i. Fully leverage cross-functional capabilities to ensure digital asset on ground.
ii. Closely monitor KPI of each E-tail on daily basis, and take elevation actions in a timely manner.
Role Specific Competencies
- Experienced account manager, who is familiar on e-commence marketplace development with proven track of records
- Master of key trade partner relationship & development
- Good coordinator in a matrix organization cross functions and brand portfolio

The Successful Applicant
Under-graduate from well-established universities
What's on Offer
- 5 years plus experience of sales experience, including marketplace development, account development & rich negotiation skills
- Retail, Lifestyle, sporting goods or FMCG
- 3 years plus account management experience
- Good communication skill
- Fluent in English for both oral and written
