About Our Client

*Provide daily business and administrative support to Group CEO, especially in calendar management
*Drive implementation and improvement of administrative routines in CEO office.
*Make the annual expense budget, monitor, analyze and control to ensure it is within the established budget
*Prepare and update company introduction presentation for different visitors
*Respond to all requests from BU heads
*Receive VIP visitors as the host
*Support admin function for the companies abroad
*Take charge of all matters with no owner in the group
*Assisting CEO on some business projects management and coordination.
Marketing & PR
*Deal with PR affairs and maintain relationships with the Government institutes
*Motion factory expansion and others
*Work with marketing/ design role to design company VI, company profile, brochure, leaflet, signage, catalogue and other internal graphics
*Work with marketing/ design role to update websites both for corporate and brand
*Conduct big events like board of directors. Involved in other marketing areas as the work demands
*Plan and organize internal and external events, meetings, workshops, etc. for CEO.
*Coordinating between different departments, support liaison with other managers to follow up actions and events.
*Assisting CEO to create charts, graphs and slides and prepare simple business correspondence.
*Involving in business meetings and help CEO on initiatives follow up and coordination.
*Preparing and consolidating management reports for CEO.
*Support CEO on the communication with employees, guests , customers and government relationship.
The Successful Applicant
-Bachelor degree in English, Business Administration or other related majors.
-5+ years working experience in administrative or secretarial role at the executive level in a MNC.
-Excellent in English and Chinese.
-Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook).
-Good command of communication skills.
-Mature interpersonal skills, pleasant personality, organizing ability, coordinating ability, team work spirit.
