About Our Client
Analyze web usage trends including visitor and purchaser behaviors. Perform ad hoc data analysis to address specific projects /requests.
Test and implement new presentations of products and functionalities to improve user experience. Customize the user experience with dynamic content and product recommendations based on custom attributes and affinities. Segment performance and behavior among different device types to help improve UI and UX designs. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and standardize reports to deliver perceptive and actionable recommendations. Monitor site sales, KPIs and metrics to uncover strategic insights and action plans to provide actionable recommendations. Provide in-depth reporting and analysis of all recommendations, tests, and target campaign performances. Develop insights and recommendations to the E-commerce team to help improve future marketing campaigns, programs and promotions. Continuously test Adobe code implementation, advising issues and suggesting improvements; making recommendations to optimize the user experience through the use of behavioral analytics from external tools with internal data generated from multiple channels.
Coordinate with Adobe Technical Support to resolve user issues. Provide training to new users on how to report data using Site Catalyst/Discover/Data Warehouse.
The E-Commerce Web Analyst is a critical role. Be responsible for analyzing and optimizing web usage for all brands across Great China. As a core member of the E-commerce team, the candidate will analyze site behavior including traffic, basket size, conversion and more. He/she will measure and monitor usage patterns to provide actionable insights and recommendations that support sales, marketing, merchandising and creative strategies; as well as develop A/B and multivariate testing plans to identify and optimize key real estate on the website including areas to improve the product assortment.
The Successful Applicant
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Years of Experience: 3-5 Years
Nature of Experience:
3-5 years of web analytics experience. Data oriented and proven ability to interpret and synthesize data, making recommendations to drive business decisions.
Required Licenses or Certifications:
Special Knowledge or Skills:
Hands-on knowledge with user behavior tracking systems and methodologies. Exceptional analytical, problem solving, written and verbal communication skills. Should be organized, self-motivated, self-starter, results-oriented, passionate, proactive and a team player. Ability to flourish in an extremely fast-paced, high-growth environment with minimal direct supervision.
Fashion industry experience. Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel. Strong knowledge of web analytics tools.
