*Responsible for Ecommerce product portfolio management. Develop on-line product portfolio strategy. Partner with brand team, supply chain and key account team to manage Ecom product pricing, cost, package/page design, forecast, production and sell in materials. Design whole go to market strategy and plan to ensure successful launch and sustainable sales. Timely review to adjust strategy with fact base data and solid consumer insight.
*Responsible for on-line UED. Driving best user experience design by working closely with brand team on brand consistency and using on-line consumer language. Optimize & standardize brand image in Ecommerce channel.
*Project owner for Ecom annual big promotions. Responsible for the big promotion strategy, campaign creativity, planning, agency management, execution and review. Drive outstanding campaign creativity to gain platform's resource support, maximizing brand exposure and sales performance.
*Be fully responsible for the activity creativity, planning and alignment of responsible E-commerce customer.
*Implement the E-commerce eCRM acquisition and retention marketing scheme, to maximize return and loyalty
*Understand customers and develop a proper marketing strategy to improve brand image & exposure as well as POS data.
*Develop creative activities with business purpose of new user acquisition and consumer retention enhancement.
*Ecommerce media investment prioritize and effectiveness.
*Perform in-depth analysis of channel conversion, selling and ROI to make recommendations and implement strategies for improvement.
*Work closely with digital marketing team and brand marketing for traffic building and SNS program to drive sales in ecommerce platform.
*Analysis promotion result to find improvement area and catch new opportunities.
The Successful Applicant
*Bachelor's degree in marketing preferred.
*Prior experience includes collaborating with ecommerce professionals as well as working with cross-functional teams
*Strong creative, analytical, strategic thinking and problem solving skills
*Customer focused with a strong awareness of the brand and target customer.
*Be familiar with working in a high pressure environment.
