About Our Client
A market-listed Italy's largest furniture house with the greatest global reach.
It designs, produces and markets sofas, armchairs and living room accessories.
1.Responsible for sales and retail operations of all company-owned stores and P&L for every DOS performance.
2.Setup annual DOS sales budget, sales target, sales policy, incentive plan and all related sales plan.
3.Responsible for retail store development to achieve business development target.
4.Ensure that store staff is properly trained in areas of selling skills, customer relations, product & brand knowledge, DOS operations, NARES system application and after sales service.
5.Directly supervise DOS Store Managers and sales staffs and arrange for a smooth administration of the business. Arrange and hold DOS meeting
6.Ensure that DOS have proper visibility, decoration and are presentable at all times.
7.Make DOS operations manual and ensure it is adhered to and followed.
8.Review sales performance on weekly basis to identify significant trends or factors contributing to or detracting from sales and propose actions.
9.Regularly visit all DOS to assess company and competitor performance as well as market development. DOS visits include: review of DOS staff, assessment of staff skills, review of DOS furniture & assets, review of inventory, discussion of sales performance and trends, review customer trends, review of general mall and competitor development and review of compliance.
10.Cooperate with Product Manager regarding new store layout plan, existing stores floor plan and layout refresh. Review the model floor stock and warehouse stock - regularly review model stock, analyze stock holding and make suggestions for updates.
11.Collect DOS existing's furniture malls marketing plan to cooperate with Marketing Manager propose suitable effective marketing and promotion activities. Ensure all of marketing activities are implemented into related sites.
12.Responsible to maintain suitable personnel in store. Monitor store manager and sales staff right behavior, motivate DOS sales team and boost the team morale.
13.Maintain good relationship with Furniture mall to ensure company's best benefit will always been safeguarded including lease agreement bargain, confirmation and renewal.
14.Study and analyze retail environment in respective area concerning new opportunity, competitor's information and propose to the management the best strategy for the company.
15.Ensure settlement of HR, financial and after sales claim issues, etc.
The Successful Applicant
1.Bachelor Degree or above;
2.At least 5 years retail management and store operation related working experience;
3.People manager, having multiple retail store operation & sales related working knowledge and skills;
4.Familiar with MS Office, SAP or similar sales operational system;
5.Good communication and inter-personal skill with both internal staffs and external landlord and vendors;
6.Good command of English in speaking, reading and writing;
7.Result driven, target oriented, team leadership;
8.Be able to travel frequently;
