The company revenue is around 2Bil RMB and also shows great potential to achieve 5Bil within 3 yrs.
As a key position within the China domestic sales Team, the domestic sales manager will be responsible for driving the commercial success in domestic markets. Key responsibilities include, though are not limited to, the following within duties.
*Driving and developing the sales strategy based on the company structure.
*Building up the relationship among the company and also the existing and new clients.
*Great ability on organization, coordinate and communication skills within the company.
*Based on the analysis of the competitors' strategy, the ability to drive the market share is also essential.
*Strong understanding of the coating market and have the sense of business eyes on the domestic market
The Successful Applicant
