Our client operates in more than 10 countries across the globe with more than 4000 employees as a leading supplier of electronic and electrical solutions.
*Develop and maintain short, medium and long term sales strategies for the region of responsibility.
*Develop new business in line with the regional growth plan.
*Develop, maintain and distribute key performance indicators, as they apply to the sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction by utilizing and managing a CRM system.
*Empower the Regional management team to build and develop client relationships.
*Build and develop the sales team's ability with positioning, selling and closing.
*Grow and manage a pipeline of potential clients through direct sales, reps and distribution partners.
*Generate leads, identify key customers and requirements, write proposals, lead commercial negotiations and coordinate implementation plans.
*Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects, decision makers and evaluating their position in the industry.
The Successful Applicant
*Minimum 8-10 years in the field of electronic components
*Should have an ability to bring relationships/ business network.
*Strategic, thought provoking team player who loves a challenge.
*Strong managerial skills in leading, motivating and obtaining results from multifaceted professional organizations.
*Experience in client interactions, client presentation, price negotiations, solution presentation.
*Excellent verbal, written, listening English and presentation skills.
