About Our Client
Developed to express the authentic European heritage of the brand and its unique positioning in the China market.
*Plan and implement strategies of digital marketing and social media (paid & organic), mobile marketing and owned online channels.
*Liaise with retail team to further develop and plan digital strategies for brands.
*Plan, execute and own marketing campaigns and digital marketing initiatives to generate brand awareness, and drive traffic and sales and engagement.
*Content development and management - creation of new China-specific content and adaptation of relevant Global content for website and social media.
*Manage all digital content calendar for internet, digital marketing and social media.
*Spearhead all social media marketing initiatives and create a framework that can be scaled and repeated.
*Manage digital agencies to support programs, campaigns and community management.
*Identify and negotiate partnerships for co-branded campaigns.
*Grow new digital platforms in mobile and social applications.
*Plan and own the digital work process, establishing good working relationships with internal stakeholders.
*Responsible for digital reporting/tracking and analysis.
*Manage digital budget and able to prioritize projects to meet team objectives.
*Ensure that all CRM programs and consumer communication processes meet regulations and guidelines.
*Turn high concepts into business-building CRM programs.
*Create and operate CRM programs within specific budgets.
*Build a scalable consumer database.
*Conduct direct marketing programs that drive the company brand and bring financial value to the Company.
*Direct consumer communications via various channels (email, SMS), and ensure that all communication processes are consistent with Value Retail policies and China regulations.

The Successful Applicant
*10+ years of marketing experience, with hands on experience in digital marketing campaigns and direct marketing programs
*Proven multi-channel marketing expertise - with a heavy emphasis on online and direct to consumer marketing
*Solid experience on CRM (loyalty programs, membership programs) highly preferred
*Proven experience developing value propositions for consumers - whether through product, marketing campaign or loyalty program development
*Experience in effective consumer communication including creative strategy and messaging
*Strong analytic skills, leadership, creativity & innovation, and priority-setting
*Negotiation and partner management skills
*Experience interfacing effectively with multiple levels of management, ranging from senior executives to line managers
*Experience in creating concrete, actionable marketing plans for new programs based on consumer research and hypotheses, without historical results
*Experience in managing complex projects and integrating new initiatives across an organization
*Excellent written and oral communication skills and negotiation skills - particularly within large organizations
*Self-motivated, results-driven with excellent attention to detail
*Must be a strong team player
