About Our Client
International leading payroll outsourcing company, mainly focusing on providing professional compensation and benefits outsourcing service.
This position is accountable for the overall cross-domain delivery of services for aligned HR BPO clients in the market. The CSOD oversees service transition, service delivery, service level agreements, ongoing process improvements, contractual compliance, metric attainment, has full accountability for the client team P&L, and manages to agreed financial margins within the commercial model. In general, it requires candidate be familiar and be capable of conducting and handling:
*Client Relationship Management
*Team and Resource Management
The Successful Applicant
*Bachelor's degree in related field or Master's Degree Preferred;
*Certified Payroll Management and/or Certified Human Resources designations considered an asset.
*At least 10 years relative working experience;
*Agency background will be preferred;
*Fluent English required.
