About Our Client
Our client is the Hardware display and Software system supplier for the global fast-food giant(Such as McDonald's). The business HQ is in Australia, China is one of its key engine for its global business. Currently our client needs digital sales management talent lead its sales team to grow its business in South China.
This position is potentially the China branch GM in the future. To manage all the business in China, maintaining stable relationship with the fast-food giant, owning the P&L. The main responsibility is as following,
* Lead the China sales team develop the business in China
* Build up and maintain the relationship with the Key Account (McDonald's), especially keep good contact with the top management role from the Key Account
* Manage and uplift the China organization to the next level.
The Successful Applicant
A good candidate for this position should be adaptable for multinational co-operation company, with both good leadership and business expertise in the similar industry. The following requirement is a must:
* English and Mandarin speaker,
* Business development skill,
* Team management skill.
* Be passionate and have Ownership for the business
* Commercial sense
