About Our Client
Our client is a visual communications company specializing in traditional signage and digital merchandising products. We operate on a global scale to deliver our innovative product solutions with offices in China, Australia, Japan, United States, and India.
1.Management of design team tasks and duties
2.Creation, management and execution of product briefs and design process
3.New product development for domestic and export markets
4.Interdepartmental communication between Coates AUS, USA, China, Export and other internal partners to execute design related functions
5.Communication with clients regarding product design and specification.
6.Strategic supplier sourcing for digital hardware / signage products
7.Investigation and diagnosis of design/qc issues and product defects
The Successful Applicant
1.Strong written English and verbal communication skills
2.Developed skillset with both 3D and 2D design software (Autocad/ inventor)
3.High proficiency for sheet metal and extrusion based design
4.High attention to detail of design drawing standards, documentation, file management, and design process.
5.Developed understanding of the high product standards required for export markets
6.High level understanding of digital technologies and consumer electronic product design
7.Strong project management skills
8.Ability to work under pressure and time constraints
9.Excellent people and interpersonal communication skills
