About Our Client
Our client is one of the most popular food & beverage brands all over the world. This role is newly created, to execute the new process of the sales forecast in order to achieve the target.
Perform demand forecasting, supply planning and coordinate with various parties to achieve forecast, inventory, and service level KPIs.
Work with regional sales director or KA channel sales director to make sure the sales forecast of each region and channel are submitted on time.
Work with financial controller to prepare the monthly sales forecast to the sales forecast committee according to the group timetable.
Lead S&OP process cross functions.
Coordinate with business and planning team to balance supply constrains & commercial needs.
Manage the new product launch schedule and the slow moving stock reduction.
With retro-analysis to conduct RCA and continuous improvement.
Be responsible to streamline demand planning process and adapt planning optimization system continuously.
The Successful Applicant
Sales forecast or sales operation experience in FMCG industry.
5+ years planning or sales operation experience.
Sharpen sense of business.
Knowledge of planning system, like APO-DP etc.
Financial education and TM or sales operation background is plus.
Strong communication skill.
Be positive and proactive
Good at speaking & writing in English
