About Our Client

Prepare letters, memos, correspondence under the instruction of the Management level
Prepare monthly report and presentation materials independently.
Consolidate, review, and summarise miscellaneous reports and documents.
Assist in managing budget of Training and T&E
Prioritise and manage multiple projects/activities simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
Management of department expatriate's personnel related request
Office petty cash arrangement and petty cash control
Management of CS vendors
Prepare interoffice financial statements, CS Management's expense claims
Handling with office expense report and payment orders submission
Responsible for heavy calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external partners
Manage meetings and travel itineraries, and coordinate related arrangements
Make meeting appointments, draft agenda, and keep meeting minutes as requested
Provide support to CS Director on secretarial missions and necessary administrative tasks as needed
Travel arrangement for overseas visitors including but not limited to reservation and visa application
The Successful Applicant
At least 5-year similar working experience
Proficient English level in both writing and verbal
Advanced computer skills for MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point
Good plan and schedule management skills
Responsive and resulted-oriented
Proactive and passionate with high level of ownership
