About Our Client
A leading machinery manufacturer and supplier based in Fengxian with more than 50 years history, our client has already become one of the most reputable company in their industry.
This integral role will manage and provide structure to a team of 12, driving continuous improvement in customer service and on time delivery whilst managing the operational relationship.
Establish yearly performance plan and lead team successfully achieved.
Coach team members, provide solution for difficult issue within team.
Responsible for customer service, sales admin, planning.
Maintain good long term relationship with current customer and proactive response to customer demand.
Manage team to conduct order processing task with best quality and accuracy.
Support team to operate order processing by ERP system.
Responsible for customer complaint and customer satisfaction survey.
Timely arrange aftersales engineers for equipment maintenance and repairing.
The Successful Applicant
A strong history in Customer Service at management level working experience.
Knowledge and experience within after sales operation and logistics practice.
Problem solving capabilities, ability to help resolve critical issues effectively and efficiently.
Hands on man-management and organisational skills.
Competency in MS Office and preferably ERP system.
English CET 4 is a must.
