About Our Client
Our client is merchant banking firm known for its longstanding relationships with a number of well-established family offices that pursue direct investment initiatives.
*Manage and support daily operations, client services and other activities with business partners and clients
*Assist partners and clients with onsite and offsite events
*Assist customers with activities involving order placement, including tracking of orders to meet promised deadlines and expedition of orders when necessary.
*Provide daily management of business for existing customers to enable Superior Officer to maximize time spent on business development.
*Assist customers with technical/legal/financial questions and completion of any required paperwork.
*Provide market insight and analysis.
*Evaluate and establish effective lead times of clients orders and communicate information to and from customer service and Superior Officers
*Schedule onsite events, promotions, road show and other required operations to optimize lead/delivery times while minimizing operating costs.
The Successful Applicant
*At least 5 years Sales and Marketing or Client Service experience in B2B Service sector,
*Track record of B2B Client Service Experience
*Fast learning and pacing individual with strong motivation in Marketing and B2B Service sector
*Solid negotiation experience
*Excellent verbal and written communications, presentation and facilitation skills
*Ability to coordinate cross functionally and balance the needs of the customer with the needs of the company
*Resilient, easy going and strong integrity and work ethics
*Fluent English and Mandarin
*Able to travel frequently
