About Our Client
Our client is a foreign company manufacturing electronics/electrical products with its sizeable factories and offices all over the world. Now they are looking for a Customer Quality Manager to join their operation in Huizhou.
Deploy the quality plan defined by the company; Ensure the team achieve the quality and customer satisfaction KPI targets defined by the General Manager; Ensure full compliance with regulation and customer quality requirements; Implement a structured approach to achieve the quality goals of the factory; Manage the daily activities to guarantee customer complaints are closed in time;Establish and sustain a coherent quality engineer team that is capable of working with
customers and internal functions independently.
The Successful Applicant
5 to 10 years work experience with at least 3 years of experience on quality manager role; Hands on experience with stamping, molding and manual/automatic assembly. Previous work experience in vertically integrated electronic component industry preferred. Experience with automotive products preferred; Bachelor degree in mechanical degree; Six sigma certificate preferred; English (fluent in spoken and writing); Mandarin preferred.
