The company's Asian Technology Service Center based in Guangzhou provides total IT service from project deployment and day-to-day operation.
The Corporate Systems team supports a wide variety of customers and functions requiring knowledge in many technologies and applications such large packaged projects, SAAS solutions, Web and Mobile applications, Lotus Notes, Web technologies, SharePoint and more.
This role exists to provide support for several applications in the Corporate Systems application and service portfolio. As a customer facing role with our Corporate Staff and segment leaders, it will often require resolution of issues, escalation of technical issues to appropriate vendors or directing off shore resources as required to deliver service. In addition to application support activities, at times this roles expertise will be leveraged to will participates in development projects for new capabilities and enhancements.
The Successful Applicant
1. Education & Professional Qualification
*BS/BA degree in IT related disciplines
*ITIL Certification a plus
*4-6 years experience in IT Service Management
*Successful management of small to medium size projects
*Management of vendors and contractors in terms of delivery of commitments
*Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver against objectives
*A strong and varied IT network, knows how to get things done
*Exposure to working with senior business leaders
