Company is the leading media creative agency, has become a great partner for the brands from FMCG/Retail/Business Service.
Strategic Entertainment Marketing (From Concept to Supervision):
*Candidate will be expected to utilize contacts in the entertainment/promotions community to proactively seek out information and opportunities, and via our partner Vivaki CAP.
*Candidate will be responsible for developing targeted entertainment marketing programs to deliver upon clients' goals and objectives, working closely with client team. This will include responding to client requests for property reviews, providing idea generation, recommending appropriate entertainment marketing programs, securing client approval, negotiating deals and formulating appropriate budgets and timelines. Entertainment vehicle responsibilities will include branded entertainment/content, digital environment, film, television, music, live messaging and product integration arenas.
*Four-year bachelor's degree with concentration in marketing and advertising.
*Minimum of three to five years of relevant entertainment/promotional marketing experience within an advertising agency, production company, promotional agency or client.
*Contacts/relationships within the entertainment/promotional marketing communities.
*Excellent communication skills (written and verbal in English and Chinese).
*Proven experience writing presentations, creative briefs, service reports and summaries of industry news and/or POVs.
*Strong editing and proofreading skills.
*Understanding of entertainment and media business models.
*General knowledge of the talent agency and TV production industry.
*Sophisticated understanding of entertainment and consumer trends and insights.
*In-depth knowledge of overall brand positioning.
*Well developed management skills including superior organization, facilitation and execution abilities.
*Exposure to working with creative and senior management.
*Strong client relations skills and ability to strategically think from a client's perspective.
*Ability to think conceptually and to translate those concepts into actionable plans to drive clients' businesses forward.
*Proven experience in construction of marketing programs and exposure to contract negotiations for marketing programs.
*Branded entertainment, entertainment marketing and knowledge of Social Content.
*Be familiar with China market is Must.

*The candidate will be responsible for conducting brainstorms for various brands, and will need to apply entertainment solutions to marketing needs.
*Candidate will represent client where necessary in Content Management and Ideation with client's incumbent agency partners where necessary during IMC brainstorms.
*Candidate will manage associate level employee(s) and ensure employee(s) deliver upon department's philosophy and supervise execution conducted by other parties.
