*Develop commercial partnerships and attain contractual agreements necessary to fulfil client campaigns within the required timeframe
*Manage local P&C team and ensure they hit their KPI's, and ensure best practice among the teams.
*To work to an agreed partner strategy with the local MD and Group Partnership & Content Director
*Work alongside the sales and client services teams to provide support and add value to client briefs
*Develop and maintain excellent relationships with partners through regular contact and build trust
*Act as an ambassador for TLC's P&C business to external partners and internal departments
*Lead P&C within TLC to contribute continuous improvements to our service offering
*Ensure accurate and appropriate communication with external partners at all times and that effective working relationships are maintained with all new, existing and previous TLC suppliers and venues
*Following new product requests, conduct the necessary research and produce feasibility reports
*Work with the sales team to identify specific products required in line with current business needs
*Reporting to Local MD and Group (UK based) with management reports and analysis
*Assess staff requirements for each job and monitor closely with each P&C contact (performance and requirements) to ensure we are delivery in the most cost effective manor
*Ongoing review of backend costs and reporting costs to Client Services
*On-going renegotiation with Suppliers to ensure we are getting the best deals
*Risk Analysis/ Assessment to liaise key people in the business to ensure we are aware of all partnership costs
*Introduce initiatives to improve supplier retention
*Raise profile of TLC in the Travel & Leisure industry and attract suppliers to our campaign
*Lock in suppliers exclusively
*For key partners create agency agreements to represent them
*Introduce initiatives which will improve success of campaigns for Suppliers including training and incentives
*Innovate to create new promotional concepts and products for the local market
*As a key part of your role you will work with partners to create products that are unique to TLC in some way
*Work with Creative and Marketing to produce new product concepts to take to market
*Work with sales to make sure they fully understand your concepts and they are buyable for our clients
*Consider the user experience to create a more holistic product to take to market
WORKING WITH SALES
*Attend weekly sales meetings and be active member of the team to brainstorm potential partner solutions that will close briefs
*Support sales team with their on-going proposals and meetings
*Lead partnership feasibility studies in your local market in response to new sales opportunities
*Direct and motivate the wider P&C team, review workloads to ensure the team is working as efficiently as possible and ensure problems are overcome
*Be accountable for the volume of deals and the quality and accuracy of work produced by the P&C team
*Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs of the team, monitor absence, recruitment and handling disciplinary issues in conjunction with HR
*Train and motivate you P&C team to ensure we are getting the most out of the individuals, playing to their strengths and give guidance where needed

*Minimum of 5 years experience in marketing agency and business development
*Self belief in their deal making ability
*Keen to earn commissions in the role; Good command of both Chinese and English
