XinKaishi is funded by one of the world's largest insurance companies and one of the world's largest advisory firms. The leadership team is developing strategic partnerships with additional global market leaders. Xinkaishi was developed in Silicon Valley, but is building its China team and will give significant in-market flexibility to the Chinese team.
*Responsible for building / managing high quality library of digital content (owned, curated and User-Generated) and for user engagement with content assets via the app.
*Build an understanding of content requirements for pregnant mothers (based on customer research, competitive benchmarks)
*Create content library through negotiating with external content owners / creators
*Stimulate existing users / KOL's to create re-usable content for Kaishi
*Manage user interface on the app for how XinKaishi content and User-Generated Content drive high levels of engagement
*Working for Head of Product Management, support the product requirements (and buildout) of changes to how content is stored, sourced, presented, shared on the app
*Build, manage, report on and optimize metrics for user engagement with XinKaishi content (including content authoring, sharing, re-sharing)
*Map out a content strategy that supports and extends marketing initiatives.
*Develop standards, systems, and best practices for content creation, distribution, and maintenance.
*Leverage market data to develop content themes / topics and execute a plan to develop the assets that support and educate consumers - making users want to come back to the platform more frequently.
*Responsible for level of engagement by XinKaishi users on various social media / sharing channels.
*Will build and manage an actively engaged community of users via Xinkaishi and other social channels (e.g. WeChat, QQ, Weebo).
*Oversee customer support via monitoring social channels, interacting with users, and working with community members to create environment where our community provides active support.
*Build and manage our network of KOL's
*Build, manage, report on and optimize metrics around community engagement, KOL engagement, and community reach
*Create and stimulate conversations amongst the community.
*Work with content manager to source and distribute fresh content that drives active user engagement and sharing on social media channels.
*Expand content community by working with bloggers and subject-matter experts (eg. nutritionists, OBGYNs, pediatricians, midwives, yoga trainers)
*Author in-app messages and article content to be broadly shared with the XinKaishi community
*Work with the content product manager to develop prioritized content plan based on user feedback
*Work with Product Management team to create easiest tools for sharing, and optimal connectivity with social media sites
The Successful Applicant
*A Digital Marketing expert who has managed content / media oriented apps to grow users and levels of engagement
*Has community management experience in the past - experience in moderating communities on WeChat, WeiBo and other leading Chinese social media channels.
*Experience providing customer support and relationship management via Social Media
*Experience building and managing content partnerships - especially in M&B space in China
*Understands product management operations and has participated in agile development processes before
*Proven ability to create and execute a strategic vision
*Demonstrated ability to interpret media trends
*Experience and insight around pregnancy and mother and infant industry
*Good interpersonal skill - able to interact with global product management team overseas.
