About Our Client
We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets. In this role, you will:
-Support the Head of Communications, Offshore, to lead and drive communications programmes that support Operations' strategic goals and initiatives;
-Ensure that audiences within the GSCs in China understand Group's strategy, Global Business priorities, and Operations' goals and priorities;
-Generate content, and manage campaigns to ensure that important business projects and information are communicated to the Operations' audience groups;
-Create compelling stories and messages to engage employees with the progress and priorities of Operations, aligned to our purpose, strategies and values;
-Engage all employees in Operations (Group Service Centres in China) by delivering key messages through appropriate programmes and channels;
Under the guidance of the Head of Communications, Offshore, this role is responsible for the development and implementation of communications programmes that impact employees within Operations (Group Service Centres in China), and to drive employees' alignment with company's strategic priorities and the business direction of Operations and HOST. The jobholder is responsible for planning and implementing global communications campaigns at the same time as supporting Head of Communicatoins, Operations.
The Successful Applicant
-A proven track record in developing, managing and implementing employee communication plans translating into solid and practical delivery programmes;
-Excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work confidently and effectively with senior executives across regional/global geographies;
-A strong team player who can work collaboratively with peers and manage and deliver excellent performance from teams and individuals;
-Excellent interpersonal, strategic planning and project management skills;
-Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
-Strong knowledge of communication trends and best practice;
-Broad knowledge of financial services industry and global marketplace;
-Experience in handling crisis communications.
