About Our Client
One of the largest property and casualty insurer in the United States and have a worldwide network.
1. To lead the projects and provide claims solution for new initiatives from consumer line;
2. To build up and/or optimize consumer line claims team, claim system, servicing model and internal procedures to fulfill compliance and regulatory requirements and enhance service level;
3. Daily operations and management of consumer lines claims overall;
4. Data monitor for risk control and performance management;
5. Other duties as may be delegated by the Claims Management.
The Successful Applicant
*Fluent English speaker;
*5-10 years' experience in consumer lines insurance or relevant, claims working experience in personal accident, travel and house owner property fields preferred;
*Good at communication and coordination with strong innovation consciousness;
*Comprehensive understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements. Ability to develop matching scheme;
*Comprehensive understanding and working knowledge of specialist product line, the insurance market and competitors. Ability to make own decisions and work on own initiative.
