About Our Client
My client is one the world listed global FMCG company. Their China business has been successfully operated in cities, such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen.
Driving and implementation of the regional human resources strategy aligned with the China HR Strategy
Manage the entire gamut of HR activities including recruitment, compensation, talent management and performance
Alignment of the HR strategy to achieve business goals
Ensuring a performance driven culture by designing the key performance indicators for the region
With the team, detail the annual organization plan - structure and head count, budget aligned with the five year plan based on the business needs
Drives internal and external recruitment; compensation and benefits; people development - orientation, learning and development, performance development; talent management and succession management aligned with long term strategy
The Successful Applicant
You will come with 15 years of experience in HR with exposure to working in an MNC environment.
Experience in setting and implementing strategies and /or HR projects is essential for this role.
Exposure to working within a matrix organization in an MNC is desired.
Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to demonstrate success through prior work experience is required.
