About Our Client
The client the world's top tier company in paper and related products. Currently in China they operate with more than 10 plants and diversified product categories.
● Develop new customer for the non-woven business , maintain the good business relationship with the exisiting customers and seek the new business opportunity.
● Familiar with the general product costing model, corporate with internal team to work out the customer commercial quote and negotiate with customer.
● Be able to initiatively handle all of the customer issues which included while not limited as customer payment collection, customer product quality & service coordination, customer new inquiry and Etc.
● Promptly Collect and provide the customer sales forecast (monthly, 3,6 months rolling forecast) data to the company for daily business operation arrangement. Follow up the
customer delivery schedule requirement, take immediate effective action plan with the team to
deal with the customer delivery requirement change to meet with the customer satisfaction.
● Be responsible for the customer relationship management, to be the daily customer contact window, make sure the effective and smooth communication with customers. Pay regular visit
to the key customers.
● Be able to collect and search the market data and as well the competitor information from the different channel, provide the right input to assist the company to make the company business strategy .
● Work with the internal company and group colleague to support the transfer business and the new project introduction. Share and exchange the marking information with the group sales team to support the global business development.
The Successful Applicant
1. Process knowledge of non woven related business or textile machinery
2. At least 6 year working experience in similar field
3. Good English
