About Our Client
The client was founded in the 1950s, Italy, and expanded to 15 locations cross the globe with over 2000 stuff and annual turnover over USD 500 million. The client is now the top premium leather supplier and aiming for higher market share in ASIA.
*Developing the company presence and driving sales activities through the existing client portfolio in the market of footwear and leather goods
*Setting up prospection targets for new business within the footwear, handbags/accessories manufacturers, trading companies
*Developing the presence of the company in effectively managing the relationship with the clients through all phases of the sales cycle: qualification, selling and closing
*Conducting product presentations to clients and provide them with a consultative solutions sales process. Promote and develop specific product solutions
*Taking part to local and international fairs
*Monitoring the market: main trends, customer information, competitors, products and prices.
*Reporting on the sales performances, turnover, forecasts and achieving annual revenue targets
*Coordinating with the HQ for all technical and commercial topics
The Successful Applicant
A proven track record of working to sales and commercial targets is essential along with the ability to deliver significant growth through current and to be developed channels. The selected individual will demonstrate the aptitude and appetite to build & lead a team of sales professionals over time and build a career with the company. Significant travel may be required for this role.
