About Our Client
The client belongs to an European industrial group with more than 100 yrs of history. In China they operate in more than 10 plants across multiple locations and product range. For the past years the company excel in their specialization area with distinctive technology and outstanding quality.
1.Actively to search and visit potential customer in OEM business to achieve the company business goals
2.Research and understand market status and trend, take active and effective method and channel to promote company OEM business
3.Cooperate with related department to assess and control contract risk for new OEM business.
4.Work with purchasing, production, design and engineering and other related departments to calculate the quotation of product/project timely and accurately. Provide quotation to customer in appropriate time point, after the quotation and prices was confirmed and approved by MD.
5.As customer project leader, coordinate internal resources and track the status in each phase of new business to ensure all contracts are executed on spec, on time, on price.
6.Responsible for commercial negotiation and order fulfillment, and ensure that the commercial as well as technical terms and conditions (including product specifications) are negotiated with the customer and complied with the corporate values and guidelines. All business correspondence with customers should be confirmed with customer in written and filed well.
7.As the window that connected with customer, understand customer requirement clearly and transferred to FVSZ internally, in order to improve the customer´s satisfaction comprehensively.
8.Control and track status of payment of goods to ensure payment on account timely and avoid overdue
9.Other tasks assigned by the closed manager
The Successful Applicant
1.University degree or similar professional qualification in
Inorganic non-metallic materials is preferred.
2.More than 8 years working experience in similar industry, and min. 5 years of experience as commercial and business management role
4.Demonstrated project management skills (on spec, on time on budget) and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
5.Good customer communication and service awareness internal as well as external (customers)
7.Work experience from European or American companies is preferred
8.Fluent in English
