About Our Client
Top leading Pharm Company with systematic HR systems
Provide an in-depth analysis to assess existing C&B practices to set up harmonization strategy;
Work transverally to lead key C&B process harmonization across business activities, such as fringe benefits harmonization, compensation system harmonization etc.
Take lead of the C&B project communication plans as required;
Lead F1 and F2/LRP annual personnel budgeting project, including C&B planning, variance impact to business.
Provide project solutions to the business in the field of C&B area for the M&A and other integration project as required
Set up the process, dashboard to develop C&B cost governance;
Play an expertise role from the view of local legislation in C&B policy development;
Represent key projects leadership as dedicated, i.e. EVP of global project deployment;
Provide the C&B reports as required i.e. personnel cost analysis, C&B dashboard;
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor degree, preferably in HR, consulting background plus corporate HR background, or Finance
Mandarin and English fluency / Fluency in written and spoken Chinese & English
More than 6 years compensation & benefits experience in a multinational environment in China with project management hands on experience
Good understanding of local laws of employment, benefits, and taxations
Good system skills : Proficiency in Excel, and PowerPoint etc.
