Develops a deep understanding of customer's strategic business objectives and partners with them to overcome challenges that lead to mutually beneficial opportunities and outcomes
Develops and delivers a "growth agenda"
Establishes strategic aspirations for the account, collaborating with the account, utilising the Anatomy of a Tobacco Company
Leads a cross-functional effort to develop successful responses to RFP's and multi-year contract negotiations
Leverages all of Company's capabilities with key stakeholders
Embraces diversity and utilises differences to build solid relationships
Fully knowledgeable of all products and capabilities within Tobacco SBU and acts as an ambassador for company's capabilities
Perseveres with confidence during negotiations and remains focused on achieving a win-win outcome for company and the customer

Experiences to deal with giant state owned companies
Demonstrates the ability to create strategic alignment with senior executives
Strategically savvy & exhibits strategic agility
Customer presence at all levels within the organization
Objection Handling and Asserting Control
Product and Market Knowledge
Demonstrates relationship building
Technical background, knowledge of packaging and printing is preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Basic supply chain knowledge
Experience in multinational business.
