China Account Manager - Fiber

About Our Client
One of the world's largest manufacturer of fibers.
*Work as Sales & Marketing account manager, taking responsibility mainly for indirect sales (value selling to brand/retailers), helping direct customers-coverers to improve their value selling skills.
*Work with China domestic brands to promote innovations including new products and concept. Deliver marketing capabilities by developing and following up promotion plan.
*Work with coverers as daily support, including logistic, basic technical support to indirectly customers.
*Overall managing 20-25 direct/indirect accounts, who are both mills and brands from current team, so that current team can focus more on key strategy and business plan for both China domestic market and exporting.
*Daily travelling to upstream/downstream customers in the value chains, all around China, and looking for new market opportunities.
The Successful Applicant
Skills and Knowledge Required:
*2-3 years working experience in related fiber business for apparel.
*Willing to travel, and with 40-50% time in travelling.
*Knowledge on marketing type works such as market POV setting up, pull thru daily work and creating specifications from the local brands.
*Advanced communication skills are required to initiate oral and written responses to inquiries.
*High ethical standard to comply company policies and compliance standard.
*Advanced presentation skills during execution of sales/ marketing. Most of presentations will be conducted either in English or Chinese.
* Ability to learn quickly, multi-task, flexibility, adaptability.
*Excellent oral and written communication skills.
*Better to have either Technical marketing experience
*Covering Yarn making.
*Better to have either Technical marketing experience.
*BA degree with relevant major in textile area is preferred.
*Or, BA degree with marketing background is preferred.
