China trading business was set up in 2009. Nowadays they have more than 50 sales person in China with double-digit revenue growth each year.
*Responsible for development and maintaining of strategic partner/channel approach
*Responsible for the management and development of the Channel from a policy, partner contracts process and sales engagement perspective.
*Develop promotions and incentives with partners
*Review performance of distributors
*To make distributor mapping together with Sales and BU
*Support Sales to manage all partners accounts information and contracts (including Distributors and Reseller)
*Partner enablement and training
*Provide channels development and close engagement leadership with partners
*Coordinate customer events to effectively drive sales revenue through channel partners
*Working closely with the regional sales lead, marketing, consulting and support organizations
*Ability to effectively to resolve issues and channel conflicts as they arise
*Provide and coordinate post-sales support working with account managers and specialists.
*Implementing activities and initiatives in line with specific vision and strategic objectives for China business.
The Successful Applicant
*Bachelor degree in Auto, Mechanical, Engineering or Business Administration
*Solid channel management experience is a must. Ability to identify, motivate, guild qualified distributors as strategic partner.
*Good understanding of B2B industrial business or tools business of advantage.
*Organizational leadership skills: aggressive in achieving results, while collaborating and communicating effectively with other members of the team
*Can manage Cross-functional collaboration
*Fluency in English, written and spoken
