About Our Client
Our client is a leading multinational company in leading energy related company, with leading position in this market they have been playing a good employer role, now hiring a C&B focused manager, with good performance this person can be developed into an excellent full function HRBP.
- Design and implement C&B strategy, programs, policies and procedures.
- Review of the appropriateness and competitiveness of overall C&B practices that help staff retention and contribute to business growth.
- Builds strong relationships with operations partners, HR colleagues and experts, and other business partners to jointly deliver business objectives, remove roadblocks, and resolve issues.
- Identifies current and future reward/recognition/benefit needs, partners with HR& operations to deliver appropriate solutions.
- Design and develop HR policies for the company.
The Successful Applicant
- China C&B knowledge and Practices
- Compensation analysis and drawing of conclusions to support management decisions
- Leading team and other employees to deliver quality analysis
- Bachelor degree with HR major is preferred
- Good English for internal communication
