About Our Client
Our client is a one of the global leading electronic technology company focusing on customer experience. Due to the continued growth and success of the organization, a dynamic opportunity has arisen for a C&B manager to join the Shenzhen office.
1.Review and update Compensation and benefits policy and procedure according to ST corporate guide and local law and regulation;
2.Conduct compensation and benefits market survey and trend analysis, provide constructive salary proposals for top management;
3.Prepare yearly salary increase plan based on the approved budget. Implement yearly salary increase plan after it is approved by local top management. Review promotion application raised by each department before submitting to management for final decision;
4.Hand job evaluation and prepare salary proposal for new hire, internal transfer;
5.Follow up HR compliance issues and audits internal and external;
6.Generate HR report, such as labor cost report to regional HR or corporate HR;
7.Provide personnel service for all expatriates and local staff;
8. Check job grade, basic salary, salary bank account and other relevant records in PF , SAP payroll system. Continuously seek ways to improve the usage of the system;
9. Supervise the usage of attendance and timing system.
The Successful Applicant
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Above 4 year C&B working experience in sizable multi-national manufacturing plant and as a supervisor level, less experienced candidate can apply supervisor position..
3. Knowledge and skill of HR information system, such as People First and SAP is preference
4. Fluent written and spoken English, strong interpersonal skills
5. Very familiar with Chinese labor law regulations, HR practice, etc
6. Open-minded, team-work spirit
7. good communication with all department
