About Our Client
My client is a top tier luxury brand expiring a transaction of global business strategy change.
- Reporting to the HRD based in Shanghai and Global Rewards Head based in London,
- you will guide top business leaders in developing and implementing compensation strategies that is aligned with corporate needs.
- Leading a decent team, you will be the key focal point to lead annual salary reviews and develop compensation plans that are both equitable and competitive, that will encourage employee retention.
- Additionally you are expected to manage cross border/international assignments from a compensation, benefits design and administration perspective.
The Successful Applicant
- Over 10 years HR Compensation & Benefits/Rewards experience at FMCG/Retail industry.
- Experienced to support massive scope, operation and complicated environment Firm plus in-house experience preferred.
- Be able to hands on overall C&B work, design and lead programs and be to communicate with both commercial and operational departments.
