About Our Client
This is a really exciting role for a hungry and passionate business development person who has the ability to professionally represent the technology platform and CRM Services and further escalate the company's rapid growth in the China market. The China consumer market has a lot of innovation with e-commerce, WeChat and Campaign Management - and we are at the center of this change!
●Working with the Capillary China team to formulate and deliver new business strategy for China market
●Working collaboratively and engaging with internal teams to explore and maximise client opportunities
●Warm and cold call to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities and new clients
●Providing information on market trends to the business
●Project managing pitches, and designs and executes RFQs, RFIs and RFPs in conjunction with internal teams
●Responsible for all new prospect client related output within the agency, ensuring all output is remarkable
Holding the initial credential meetings and taking the initial brief, leading the solution development process along with interrogating a client brief and offering sustainable solutions
●Leading the business pitch, planning the process and briefing all required stakeholders/internal teams
The Successful Applicant
1.Approx. 5 years of experience in Sales, with consistent achievement of quotas/targets, and must have sold to MNC brands globally - both large and mid-sized
2.Should know about latest CRM technologies, SaaS concepts and Analytics
3.Should have experience in selling "Marketing Services" to Marketing Managers
4.Experience in selling to Retail & Restaurants, with Retail Industry network and contacts - Preferred.
5.Should be well-versed with emerging digital technologies - and customer engagement & loyalty program on platforms like WeChat, Weibo, etc.
6.Should have sold to CMOs, and should be able to do "CONSULTATIVE Sales" - That is, > Work with the brand to identify problem areas (pain points) of the customer, and drive the best solution by using Capillary's products.
7.If the person has experience of doing business in HK and Taiwan - that is an added advantage, but this is not a necessity.
8.Individuals who have run their own start-ups, or have been entrepreneurs may be a good fit.
