1-Responsible for regional WSM channel business SOP and operations, deliver FY WSM business KPIs
2-Responsible for regional Sub-D and Sub-D channel business SOP and operations, deliver FY Sub-D business KPIs
3-Responsible for B.C.D strategy localization and implementation with strong regional insights
4-Establish Regional city level RTM structures
The Successful Applicant
Comprehensive understanding of China FMCG RTM and distribution model
At least 6 years famous multinational company RTM/Business development or sales operation experience across both planning and operations
Strong strategy thinking. Able to have sharp insights in terms of corporate operating model and business structures challenges & opportunity. and provide constructive solutions
