About Our Client
Our client is famous for its comfortable product performance in the sporty and causal market as one of the global most popular sport brand.
Owns more than 1000 stores in Greater China.
1.Collaborate with General Manager and Regional Directors to define and understand business performance and business issues and develop action plans to achieve business objectives
2.Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based on General Manager's instruction
3.Conduct weekly and monthly KPI analysis to give General Manager clear visibility into business performance
4.Regularly follow up with General Manager's direct reporting managers/directors on the execution progress of agreed action plans
5.Assist General Manager to development medium and long term business master plan (Strategy Road Map)
6.Prepare business reports as required by General Manager such as
a)Monthly business update
b)Quarterly Board meeting business update
c)Reports for special meetings (customers, VIP, etc)
7.Follow up key activities initiate by General Manager and capture progress on regular basis
The Successful Applicant
1. Strong command of written and oral English
2. At least 5 or more years of experience in the retail industry
3. Excellent operating skills in Microsoft Power Point and Excel
4. Strong analytical skills and able to distill complex data and explain in a simple manner
5. Mature and driven
6. Team player
7. Effective communicator
9. Able to work independently
