About Our Client
Our client offers top quality services in IT Outsourcing, Software Development, and Packaging Design, which help the clients build breakthrough business ideas through our insights, and mastery of technology and design.
Establish and communicate strategic Business Unit objectives and assignments
Ownership and accountability for the BU's overall profitability (P&L).
Plan and lead the BU's operations to optimize resources, priorities spending to achieve our financial, productivity, quality, safety and service targets.
Develop and lead implementation of operation excellence initiatives for improving efficiencies.
Evaluate the BU's strengths and weaknesses, taking appropriate action to ensure long-term health and productivity.
Build effective long-term relationships with clients
Lead talent management to ensure the necessary professional talents are in place to execute business strategies to meet current and future needs.
Ensure proper employee mentoring, coaching, employee engagement and relations for excellent.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor or above, Computer Science and Design both is highly preferred
10+ years in business development, marketing, and/or product management in the software or high tech industry;
Experience within a high-growth company or start-up company and understanding of the challenge of scaling operations.
Tech enthusiast, intimately familiar with mobile trends, industry and competitive dynamics
Expertise/Experience in: e-commerce, logistics, customer service, marketing, mobile products
Knowledge in budgeting, cost controlling and financial management
Experience on people management and building an effective management layer
Strong focus on building the value of the BU with an emphasis on delivery of quality, timely and productive services and resources to supported businesses
Excellent skills in influencing others and getting agreements
Good people motivator to influence people in working enthusiastically toward goals identified for cross business success and the common good.
Strong at managing conflicts.
Ability to build an effective work climate across teams and to balance different business asks and needs.
Knowledge in managing clients' expectations and building strategic partnership with clients
Good communicator to deal with a diverse staff population, senior management team
Can work in a matrix environment effectively and manage multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities.
