About Our Client
The company has flourished since its small beginnings in a garage, more than 100 countries worldwide and their products can be found in almost all major retailers.
1, Collaborate with cross-functional partners including but not limited to R&D, Design,Engineering, Packaging and Operations to achieve cost targets and ensure on-time market entry.
2, Partner with R&D on new product development. Lead new product development efforts including defining product/category vision, product objectives, consumer experience, and merchandising expectations.
3, Prepare presentations on a regular basis to support the sell-in of brands and new product lines to retail partners and to various levels of the business.
4, Be a product champion creating internal and external enthusiasm for the product line and serve as a mentor and resource to other team members.
The Successful Applicant
1, Must have demonstrated the ability to multi-task in previous work environments and be able to set priorities, stay focused, and set clear milestones.
2, Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a high attention to product quality and safety.
3, Must demonstrate leadership ability and influence in motivating, guiding, cross-functional teams, and holding teams accountable.
4,Experience within the Toy industry is preferred or experience with products targeted at parents and their children or technology-based consumer products.
5,3 + years experience in a consumer-driven company - Toy company or other children's products preferred.
