About Our Client
The client is a leading European retail company who has been in China market for over 10 years. They now have 500 employees across China with office presence in Shanghai and Beijing, while, there are over 150 retail stores. The business is very booming in recent three years and they are planning the expansion of increased retail store in next five years. The culture as well is very people caring and stable, supportive to career development, and the team is looking for new talents to join in.
The main responsibilities of the role will include but not limited to:
Integrate all kind of date from different systems, such as POS system from retail, Salesforce system and replenishment system. The role need to lead a team of two subordinates to improve data quality, to analyze new needs and requirements from end users and dealers as well.
Also, it will takes the role in project management to help roll out new systems in BI related and to provide support and trainings to different teams.
The Successful Applicant
The candidate will have a strong skill and experience in Business Intelligence with at least 5 years experience. The person need to be of strong communication understanding about business requirements from different teams and can provide solutions. A good leadership skill will also be of great help for the role to lead the team. The person should be familiar with different BI tools and products to help the business at maximum.
