About Our Client
Our client is one of the biggest and longest-serving airline, as well as the largest provider of passenger air service from its primary visitor markets on the U.S. Mainland. They offer non-stop service to the city from more U.S. gateway cities than any other airline, along with service from Japan, South Korea, China, Australia, New Zealand.
*Reporting to the Country Director of China, responsible for identifying, sourcing and procuring incremental FIT sales revenue whilst retaining and growing existing revenue streams.
*Acts as the subject matter expert for all FIT fare filing matters and is the liaison with RM.
*Lead, develop and manage GSA sales personnel ensuring the right focus is on specific FIT sales strategies. Provide guidance and direction as needed a sales strategies evolve in a changing market environment.
*Develop a pipeline of new sales and tactical opportunities with ticketing consolidators, travel agencies, OTAs, as well as closed user group customers.
The Successful Applicant
*Extensive pricing & operational experience within an airline or travel related company with at least 5 years experience.
*Extensive experience in developing, implementing & managing FIT sales and marketing programs to drive improved revenue outcomes.
*Proven success with the implementation of robust and creative sales promotions.
*Demonstrated experience in the creation, development and execution of sales promotion initiatives supported by associated business strategies.
*Strong communications skills both written and verbal - Native Chinese and fluent business English languages are required.
