About Our Client
A leading Germany consumer durable brand is looking for a (Assistant) C&B Manager.
- Provide guidance to through partnership with site HR on key compensation & benefits processes to serve business needs, and in line with the overall business plan
- Review and design sales bonus/incentive scheme
- Assist HR Director to prepare annual salary planning and control overall C&B budgets.
- Key user of HRIS and prepare monthly payroll report
- Provide the analysis to management to support business
The Successful Applicant
- 5 years working experience in HR field, at least 3 year focus on C&B, experience on payroll handling will be plus
- Knowledge and experiences in management and development of base salary, variable pay and benefit programs
- Knowledge and experiences in HRIS preferred.
- Knowledge of trends and developments in compensation& benefits in China
- Strong business sense
