About Our Client
Our client is a leading domestic FMCG company, they have over 20,000 employees in China. Covering manufacturing, commercial and supply chain.
*Proactively support CEO the delivery of HR initiatives, projects and organisational changes for the territories. Manage the communication and implementation of all HR initiatives ensuring activities meet agreed guidelines and local requirements. Monitor the quality of implementation and evaluate outcomes
*Proactive approach to forthcoming legislation, review policies, Practices and developments in HR ensuring best practice and that legal and statutory requirements are complied with. Make recommendations as appropriate.
*Work with the Management Team and CEO to evaluate, review and define team structures on an ongoing basis in line with changing business needs and manage any HR processes required to deliver. Provide advice and guidance on job design, creation of JD's and evaluation process
*Work with CEO to drive and promote Employee Engagement Practices, review and take forward as appropriate
*Build Management capability to enable the successful implementation of business strategy. Work with Management Team to identify training needs, build plan, execute and evaluate return on investment. Provide personal coaching where appropriate
*Support HR team (leading over 10+ HR team)the provision of knowledgeable and commercially balanced guidance and advice on HR policies and procedures. Support Management Team as required
The Successful Applicant
*Over 15 years experience in HR professional role
*Strong experience in developing HR strategies, talent management, organisational development
*Experience of being HR business partners to senior stakeholder.
*Management of people-related impacts during organisational change
*Sound experience of organising workloads, prioritising and multi tasking
*Experience of FM CG industry is preferred, worked in a B2C business model
